Arkansas Global Connect, our H-2B visa company, is proud to be Clearview Certified. 

Clearview is a global certification program tailored for recruiters working in seasonal, temporary, or migrant labor contexts. It evaluates practices for legality, professionalism, and ethical sourcing. Certification is granted only after a thorough independent audit of a recruiter’s management systems and operations.

Receiving Clearview status signals to both employers and worker communities that a recruiter is committed to fairness, transparency, and legal compliance. It helps establish credibility and trust in recruitment processes. 

Cultural Exchange

Vanteo is home to five J-1 visa sponsors designated by the U.S. State Department which guarantees:

Program Legitimacy: Only organizations designated by the State Department are authorized to issue the Form DS-2019, the document required to obtain a J-1 visa. This ensures the exchange program is legally recognized and compliant with federal regulations.

Regulatory Compliance: Designated sponsors must follow strict rules under 22 CFR Part 62 of the Exchange Visitor Program regulations. They are regularly monitored and audited by the State Department to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and visa program standards.

Participant Protections:  Sponsors are required to screen and select participants carefully, provide them with program information, ensure health insurance coverage, and monitor their welfare while in the U.S. This reduces the risk of abuse, fraud, or exploitation in the recruitment process.

Structured Oversight: Every designated sponsor must appoint Responsible Officers (ROs) and Alternate Responsible Officers (AROs) to oversee compliance, issue DS-2019 forms, and serve as official liaisons with the State Department. This guarantees a clear chain of accountability.

Cultural and Educational Mission: J-1 programs are cultural exchange initiatives. Sponsors are required to ensure participants engage in meaningful cross-cultural activities, aligning with the program’s original intent.
